Although originally from the Midwest, Portland quickly became Tracy’s forever home over 20 years ago. Tracy’s interest in conservation drew her out west, where she built a life around the outdoors and developed an affinity for great food. After attending law school at Lewis & Clark, Tracy served as a litigator and then as a professional advisor to lawyers, where she cultivated her communication and negotiation skills. She found great joy in facilitating and guiding her clients’ transitions, and discovered a similar joy in working with clients in the buying and selling of homes.

Outside of work, Tracy dedicates time to her community as a volunteer/interview coach for clients through Dress For Success Oregon. She also serves on the advisory board for the Public Interest Law Project and donates to local non-profits with every transaction she is involved in.

Tracy takes time each week to run through the tree-lined neighborhoods of Portland and continues to discover hidden gems all over the city. She enjoys cut flowers and veggies from her backyard garden, where she tries to spend as much time as possible with her daughter, animals and husband, Michael
